I am sorry that it has taken so long, but I have finally got round to sorting out the formatting problem which meant that some of the pages had a poor combination of colours and others had some dividing lines missing on the tables. I think the adjusted theme has dealt with them and I that the same upgrade has dealt with things like the "report" button that was not working.

Hope you get on OK with the layout and colour as it is, but if you notice anything amiss, please let me know.
