I would think quite soon now, but do not know for sure.
Last year there were some causes for delay which meant didn't get sent out until the New Year, but they always try to get out before Christmas.

Sounds as if they are now out.
Just received an email from someone:
"Just got the results – I’ve managed clear Mod 1 and 7, both with a Credit. "
Hope it continues like that but somehow I fear that it won't....

Indeed.

Several people from the Forum have contacted me privately and let me know their news. I won't betray confidences but-
there is certainly more than one person in India who achieved a Credit in Module 2 which is excellent;
although I had heard that in general the Mod3 results were generally extremely disappointing, there is at least one Credit in the UK and at least one Pass in India;
at least one person has completed their set of modules but intends to continue attending the Study Group to carry on extending their knowledge and also to help others who have still got some to complete;
someone else has fulfilled their ambition to complete another couple of modules and won't be doing the IRSE Exam any more- enjoyed doing it but happy that it is ended;
inevitably not everyone who attempts will pass so there is always some disappointment even if the result is not unexpected.

I am pleased to say that I passed the two modules that I sat this year (1 & 3) which means that I have now passed the four that I needed. I would like to thank you for your adivice in commenting on my past paper attempts which was of great help. I think this website is a great resource for those studying for the exam and I hope that you will be able to continue to share your knowledge so others can benefit.

Just received the February IRSE News and discovered that this year the results have been published much earlier thn is often the case; indeed I never remeember publication before the Exam Review meeting. As well as learning the results of some people from whom I hadn't heard, the most significant thing I noticed is quite how dire the results for Module 3 was in 2013. I had received some unofficial information that the pass rate was very low but I hadn't anticipated it to be that bad.

Used to think that Mod 1 with a pass rate only just above 20% was bad, Can't but that looks positively healthy compared to the Mod3 12% this year. The pass rate has been qute a bit lower since the format of the exam was changed to lower the significance of the Control Tables, but this last year for some reason it has dropped like a stone.

There was just the one Credit which was by someone I know (forgetting the typo in their name that is!) and 6 Passes (some of whom I know and some I don't). One can't tell purely by the ethnicity of the name of course, but it would seem quite likely that 3 of the 6 may be from outside the UK and that proportion is probably a reasonable approximation to the number of papers sat in the UK and those abroad, so at first sight this factor is not the prime cause of the problem.

I do feel that over recent years, the paper's question have probably drifted closer towards a Mod 1 perspective- perhaps this is proving difficult for those who sit this module at the beginning of their career.
But tis in itself is unlikely to explain the sudden dramatic drop. Perhaps the examiners have some explanation that will emerge on Thursday, but I'd be very keen to hear from those who sat the module, whether successful or not, with any ideas that they might have.

Good news and I glad that you have found this site useful. Don't let that be the end of your involvement. You can join in giving others the benefit of your wisdom. I also think that there is someone fairly close to you at work (MR) thinking of the exam, so you should be an encouragement.
