Hello Dorothy,

Further topics that could be discussed are management of fatigue on site by ensuring sufficient numbers of staff are available, training can be planned in a timely manner - possibly in advance, why holidng complaint records is imporant (i.e. to identify trends or spot when someone's competancy may be slipping due to not carrying out a task for a period of time).

For completeness, competance is a combination of experience, training mentorship PLUS the time to conduct the task.

Your answer has a good basis and appears to me to be a decent pass. However, think about what competance actually is (from above).

If you need any more, feel free to ask or PM.
