I think the letter that you get gives you the lead invigilator's contact details - make use of it and call them to find out anything that you need to know.

I think that was some bad wording on my part. The info we got from the IRSE was fine. It just took us a while to walk to the building where it was, as the signage around the campus (Imperial College) wasn't great and their campus maps don't show you that one of the main walkways is actually at a higher level than the entrace we went in so we just got a little confused.
