New Study Group for Reading Area
#1
We are in the process of setting up a Study Group in the Reading area and would like to invite suggestions from those who may be interested in taking part. We intend to study modules 1 and 2 for a start - but other modules may also be accommodated. I will be posting more details on this forum in January 2011 when we return from the xmas break.

Certainly the idea of placing info on this Forum is to enable sharing by those in different locations and time zones. Within this section the information is most likely to be relevant to what will being studied when that may not be appropriate to you, except that if you know that the group has decided to attempt a particular answer for a specific date then that gives you the opportunity to work in parallel with them for the same timescales.

We met last week and discussed a couple of questions from the 2010 exam, one of which I have posted an answer in the Mod1 section of this website.

This coming Thursday (3rd: 16:00 to 17:30) we will be discussing questions 5 & 8; individuals are requested to attend having considered these and at least made a bullet point list of salient content for an answer.

I am hoping that I might persuade a couple of volunteers to write up subsequently; however ane one else who can't attend are invited to submit their answers in the mod 1 Forum section for comparison.

Following on from our meeting on Thursday the 3rd of February where we discussed Q5 & Q8 from the 2010 mod 1 paper, we will be meeting again on Tuesday the 8th - 16:00 to 17:30 - to discuss questions 6 & 9 from the same paper.
