Sat 12 March- after the event
#1
I believe those present found the event useful to some degree; Padraic will be sending out feedback forms so you can tell him what you really thought.

It was a shame that we had to disappoint a significant number of potential participants, particularly as there were actually some spare places on the day; these had been reserved for people who didn't turn up. Some last minute drop outs are unavoidable, but I can't believe that they were all too late to have let us know and there would then have been some chance to have reallocated their places.

David Nicholson was well organised and has already given me his presentations; I have placed his technical sessions in the Module 1/Studying for Module 1 area and
his final exam technique session in the General / General advice for Students section.

The powerpoints for my Module 7 sessions are less in the form that I can readily place here; however I will post relevant material from them on the website later (although some bits were taken from what is here already).

I suggested to one of the groups that they should study Roger Short's paper on the use / misuse of SIL and I have now checked that the video of his lecture is still available to view from the IRSE website: http://www.irse.org/IRSEOnline.html
You need to regisster / sign in to the Members Only area to find this; indeed there are other useful ones to view from London meetings and some Powerpoint presentations to download from the various recent seminars.

What I hadn't realised until now, is that the Annual Proceedings for a good few years back are also now available to download. Since it no longer costs

Now added in the Module 7 section
